Bookings must be made at least 4 working days before your event date. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
We currently service the greater Gauteng and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, please contact us at info@alakart.co.za.
Choose your cart type and menu, select your event date and time, then make a deposit payment via EFT, Yoco, or Paystack. Once payment is confirmed, your booking is secured.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Yes. One free date change is permitted if requested at least 7 working days before the original event date. Changes within 7 working days are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
A waiter is optional for most cart types but may be required for certain setups. This will be indicated during the booking process. A waiter charge applies if selected.
We accept EFT (bank transfer), Yoco, and Paystack. Payment details are provided during checkout.
Yes. You can choose from our standard menus or create a custom menu by selecting individual items within the allowed item limits for your cart type.
Delivery is charged based on the distance from our base location to your event venue. The exact charge is calculated and shown during the booking process.
If we arrive at the agreed time and no one is available to receive the setup, the booking is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
